Jujuy, Argentina, May 31, 2016 – Argentina finished their preparations for the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix 2016 in the right fashion with a 3-2 (23-25, 22-25, 25-20, 25-19, 15-12) victory over their Pool A2 rivals Bulgaria on Tuesday.
It was the third friendly “Las Panteras” have played following a loss to Bulgaria in Olavarria last week as well as a win over Kenya at the weekend.
All three will be involved in action this weekend in Pool A2 in Tucuman, where there will be joined by the Dominican Republic.
Argentina also participated in visit to Escuela Primaria Juanita Stevens where they not only met school children but also students from Colegio El Salvador and Martin Pescador. It is their first visit to the province with a very positive result, with not only two wins under their belt, but also engaging with the local residents.
