Japan's Manabe: "We did a great game, but we need to focus on Brazil aleready

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, June 9, 2016 – Japan started their World Grand Prix 2016 with a thrilling 3-0 (31-29, 25-18. 28-26) win over Serbia. The Japanese wing spiker Sarina Koga had a gala performance and led the Asian victory scoring 20 points.

Masayoshi Manabe, Japan coach - "We did a great game today, but we have to focus already on the next match. Brazil is a great team, and we have to face this challenge seriously. Brazil has a very talent players as usual and we can imagine a very hard game tomorrow."

Alekand Vladisvljec, Serbia coach - "Olympic Games is the main competition for us this year and Grand Prix is an important step for the Rio 2016. So we are bringing  to Brazil some new players in order to test new possibilities. However, we had to say that we work hard to dispute the final phase of Grand Prix and we are confident on achieving this goal."
