World Grand Prix Media Guide launched

 

The Media Guide has been split into chapters for the first time

Lausanne, Switzerland, May 31, 2016 – The FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix 2016 Media Guide was officially unveiled on Tuesday with just a few days to wait until the 24th edition of the world’s premier annual women’s volleyball tournament.


For the first time, the Media Guide has been split into seven chapters making the information easier to navigate and digest for readers.

Members of the media and fans will find the most up-to-date statistics on all players and teams ahead of the tournament, which begins this Friday.

A preview, detailed history and full list of honours are also included, with links to the best ways to follow all the drama unfold online.

The 24th edition of the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix will run from June 3 to July 10, 2016 with 28 teams split across three groups. 

The FIVB World Grand Prix has grown spectacularly since its first edition in 1993, when it featured just eight teams. The increase in the number of participating teams brings with it an increased level of competition and has also helped to spread the World Grand Prix to new territories around the world.
