Kenya's Lungaho: "The experience we're getting is important for the future"

Good relationships between Argentina and Kenya in the press conference. Both teams are ready to put their heads in the following games.

Tucuman, Argentina, June, 3, 2016 - It was victory for Argentina in front of a home crowd against Kenya. While Orduna's team want to continue improving, Kenya focused on the experience needed for the future.

Mercy Moim, Kenya captain: "I think we played in our best, but the win wasn't in our side. I think tomorrow we're going to do it better because this was our first match. Congratulations to Argentina for the win."

David Lungaho, Kenya coach: "I want to congratulate Argentina for winning today, they deserved it. I think we did our best in the first and second set and we did it better than in the previous matches we played against them. We have to accept that we lost and focus on the following matches. The experience we're getting here is going to be very important for us in the future."

Emilce Sosa, Argentina captain: "I'm so happy for the victory, we didn't play our best volleyball, but I think this is the first match and we're going to improve in the following ones. We have two strong rivals on Saturday and Sunday, and we will try to do our best. Today Kenya played good and it was a good match."

Guillermo Orduna, Argentina coach: "Even when we didn't play so good, we got the victory. It was supposed that we had irregularities in our performance, but my obligation is to look always for more because I'm the coach. I think we need to give an important quality jump, especially when we know that we face teams that we should beat. The way how we play that kind of game is one of the things we need to correct: we have to play at our best level always, no matter who's on the other side."
