Dimitrov Ivan

Ivan Dimitrov, who is the new head coach of the Bulgarian team, is a former CSKA Sofia player and earned a fourth place with the Bulgarian team at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich. As a coach, he led CSKA Sofia to the Final Four of the European Champions Cup in 1990. His coaching positions also include a role with Slavia Sofia, which saw the likes of Plamen Konstantinov and Matey Kaziyski come to prominence as players.
