Ankara, Turkey, June 25, 2016 - Turkey captain Guldeniz Onal could not hide her disappointment as her side condemned themselves to another year of missing the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix Finals with a defeat to Italy.
Italy coach Marco Bonitta: "We are very happy because we came back with a win. In the first and second set we did not play at our level. But in the rest of the sets we woke up and played in our style. We'll try our best for the Belgium match tomorrow."
Italy player Valentina Diouf, "We started the match so bad but after the first set we organized well in the defence and attack. We're so happy for the victory. Belgium match will be a real final for us."
Turkey coach Ferhat Akbaş: "We're so sorry for the loss. Simple mistakes and the game which we played in the break points were the main reason for the lost. We couldn't play the good games that we've played before coming to Ankara. We're thankful to our local supporters to came to hall and trying to cheer us"
