Debby Stam-Pilon is the most experienced player in the current Dutch roster. After making her debut for the national team in June 2004 against Turkey, she has played 318 matches for her country. Between 2004 and 2013 she played as a wing spiker. In 2015, after becoming a mother, she returned in the national team as starting libero. With the Dutch national team Stam-Pilon won gold at the World Grand Prix in 2007 and two silver medals at the European Championship (2009 / Poland and 2015 / The Netherlands).

In the 2015-2016 season Stam-Pilon played for the French club Rocheville Le Cannet, where she won the Supercup. Stam-Pilon started playing volleyball at VV Zaanstad (Zaandam).
